2010 celebrates 10 years since JDA Architects started in practice when Bill Jennings decided to “go it alone” after experience in London, Manchester & Paris. Since that time the practice has grown from strength to strength with Rob Henderson joining in 2002 to support JDA’s expansion eventually becoming a Director in 2008

Rob was soon followed by the rest of the Jennings team who come together to offer a range of services from initial feasibility studies to full project management, on interior and architectural designs and 3D visualisation. Whatever your project, we can guide you through the requirements of local authority planning and building control and provide advice on all aspects of the design and construction process.

Our commitment to high quality design is maintained from initial concepts and fine detailing through to decisions during the construction process to ensure that you, our client, receive only the best result.

We pride ourselves on understanding client’s needs, expanding opportunities and developing fresh design solutions. As a result of this a large percentage of the projects we undertake is through repeat business.

In the last ten years JDA architects have gained a wealth of experience working on a wide portfolio of building types from dental surgeries to dementia centres, commercial offices to sustainable industrial units.
