JDA are delighted to announce that Tom Kelly has recently qualified as a Code for Sustainable Homes assessor adding to the services that JDA can offer. Whether it’s a socially led scheme for a Housing Association or for a private developer JDA can undertake environmental assessments based on the code requirements. With a constant eye on the most cost effective solutions, services range from assessment’s based on client designs to a more tailored design service developing a dwellings through the process from pre-assessments to design stage and post construction stages.
