Tom Kelly
Joining JDA in 2004, Tom is the director at JDA Manchester.
He has a BSc from Sheffield University and a Masters in International Architecture from the University of Huddersfield as well as having a background in industrial product design.
His chief areas of expertise and interest are in residential housing, care and sustainable design.
Tom's work focuses on simplicity and functionality alongside sustainability, whether for domestic dwellings , large-scale social care or commercial projects.
He has a wealth of experience as a sustainable homes assessor and designer and was involved in our first BREEAM Outstanding Award scheme.
